These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of EchoBat. They cover subscription billing, acceptable use, intellectual property, limitations of liability, and how either party can terminate the agreement.
The Short Version
EchoBat is a subscription product. You pay monthly or annually, you can cancel any time, and we honour a 14-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. You own the data you generate by scanning your own sites; we only retain enough metadata to render the cloud portal. You agree not to use EchoBat to scan sites without permission. We can terminate your account for serious abuse with notice.
